• Motor and VFD troubleshooting, repair, and replacement

• Heat trace installation, repair, and circuit troubleshooting

Instrumentation

Turnaround & Callout

We staff planned turnarounds and shutdowns, and take callouts for equipment failures and production interruptions. Crews carry the tooling, test equipment, and calibration gear to close out most work on the first trip.

Documentation

Every job leaves with the records the facility needs: calibration certificates, loop check sheets, function test results, and as-built redlines. Deficiencies are logged and reported rather than left for the operator to find.
